Lost Sheep Coffee has always be driven by passion! 

Our head roaster Mike and his team start with hand-selected, sustainably sourced speciality grade arabica beans from the finest coffee farms and then expertly hand roast them at our dedicated roastery in Whitstable, Kent, ensuring that each one tells a unique story.

We understand that the coffee experience goes beyond just a beverage.

Coffee & Guesting

Lost Sheep Coffee, Kent’s speciality coffee roaster since 2017.  

Here, Stuart & head roaster Mike, along with our passionate team carefully select the finest ethically sourced speciality beans. This allows us to have full traceability from farm to cup.  

We are proud to only roast Speciality Grade coffee beans, this is the highest grade of coffee you can achieve in the world! All our coffee is expertly hand-roasted in small batches ensuring you get the best beans for your brew. This means we're roasting Monday to Friday so your caffeine delivery will contain freshly roasted coffee that's ready to enjoy! 

Our multi award-win Get to the Hopper blend is roasted “Aussie-Style” making it perfect for the UK’s favourite drinks; Flat Whites and Lattes, with prices from 30p per double shot of espresso!

Training

Barista Training

This 3-hour, speciality barista coffee course, includes a tour of our roastery, delicious coffee & in-depth training for you and your chosen coffee champions! This is ongoing support for our wholesale customers because we want you to represent the Lost Sheep Coffee brand in the best way possible. So we are always there to support you with all your coffee needs.

This training would normally be £200 per person, we include this training for no extra cost as we want you to get the most out of your Lost Sheep Coffee.
