On point and on schedule
We understand that reliability is key for your business - you need a supplier you can trust. We hand-roast all our coffee in small batches to ensure you get the freshest coffee and the best taste possible.
Our wholesale clients are our top priority, so even in a roaster disaster (they do happen!), we’ll bend over backwards to ensure you get your coffee on time. Whether you’re a small business looking to scale or an established operation, you can depend on us to deliver the goods.
Making the most of your coffee
When you sell Lost Sheep coffee, you’re representing our brand, so we want to ensure the coffee you’re serving is as good as it can be.
That’s why we offer dedicated, speciality barista training to you and your staff as part of our ongoing support. This includes a tour of the roastery, an introduction to the roasting process and why it matters, and in-depth, hands-on coffee-making training.
While this training would normally be £200 per person, we include this training at no extra cost.
Coffee with a conscience
We meticulously source our beans as ethically and sustainably as possible, so rest assured that all our coffee is fully traceable from farm to cup.
Why does this matter? Firstly, quality. Put simply, sourcing coffee in this way is much more difficult, time-consuming and expensive compared to buying blended beans in bulk from a large distributor, so it’s only worth doing for high-quality coffee. It ensures you’re getting the good stuff!
Secondly, ethics - sourcing coffee in this way means the local farmers and distributors, who mostly live in less economically developed areas of the world, get a better deal on their crop, helping to support them and their families. We want to give back to the farmers who make our coffee possible, which is why we do what we do!
Beyond beans
In addition to our selection of award-winning coffee beans, we’re bringing speciality coffee to the iced coffee world with our ready-to-drink iced coffee cans.
Historically, iced coffee has been low-quality fair, with low-grade, untraceable coffee masked by sugar and sweeteners. We’re determined to change that - our pioneering Lost Sheep iced coffee is made with our award-winning coffee beans for an unbeatable taste in a convenient can.
Already a Great Taste award winner in its own right, our iced coffee is perfect for the RTD market. It can be stored at ambient temperature and comes in three delicious flavours.
