Refund policy

Non Food Items Return/Refund Policy - We have a 30 day return policy from date of delivery. Return item with a copy of your receipt which you can print out from your order page or email. Once the item is received undamaged and unopened at the roastery (Address Below) we will issue a refund back to the original payment method. We will not charge a restocking fee for any brand new un-used return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to us from a customer. When shipping packages back, we strongly recommend using a shipping method for your return that provides a tracking number & insurance.

Food Item Return/Refund Policy - Due to food hygiene we are unable to except returns on any food items, for clarity coffee/hot choc/tea are food items.

Closeout Item Return Policy

All items that are marked closeout, custom or discounted are not returnable for an exchange or refund.

Exchanges

To simplify the exchange process, please send back the item you would like to exchange for a full refund (No Restocking Fees) and simply purchase the correct item needed.

Warranty Claims

If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, please email us at enquiries@lostsheepcoffee.com. Some manufacturers accept photos for damaged products, but if not, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge – UK mainland) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with us.

Order Cancellation Refund Policy

All credit cards are debited at time of purchase for amount of purchase to ensure validity of credit card. Cancellation will incur a fifteen percent (15%) credit card fee deducted from your refund. An order is considered placed when you agree to purchase. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Return Policy Information must be followed.

Claims of a shortage, mis-shipment, or damaged goods must be received within 2 business days of receipt or the goods will be deemed delivered and accepted as of the invoice date.

Refusal Of Package

If you refuse a package without Lost Sheep Coffee's consent to do so, we reserve the right to charge you any fees that may incur by the shipping company.

Packaging

Please keep all original packaging until you are certain that you will not return the products.

Important Notice!

Non Food Items Product returned must be new, unused and in unmarked manufacturers packaging surrounded by a protective outer packaging. Your original order number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging. Please include why the product is being returned.

All items not meeting this criteria will be refused and/or a deduction of 20%.
