Since we started in 2012 Lost Sheep Coffee continues to be driven by a passion for quality! Our head roaster Mike and his team start with hand-selected, sustainably sourced speciality grade arabica beans from the finest coffee farms and then expertly hand roast them at our dedicated roastery in Whitstable, Kent, ensuring that each one tells a unique story.

COFFEE AND GUESTING
Lost Sheep Coffee, Kent’s speciality coffee roaster since 2017. Here, Stuart & head roaster Mike, along with our passionate team carefully select the finest ethically sourced speciality beans. This allows us to have full traceability from farm to cup.
We are proud to only roast speciality grade coffee beans, this is the highest grade of coffee you can achieve in the world! All our coffee is expertly hand-roasted in small batches ensuring you get the best beans for your brew. This means we're roasting Monday to Friday so your caffeine delivery will contain freshly roasted coffee that's ready to enjoy!
Our Get to the Hopper blend, is roasted “Aussie Style” making it perfect for the UK’s favourite drinks; Flat Whites and Lattes, with prices from 32p per double shot of espresso!
EQUIPMENT & SUPPORT
When it comes to equipment and machinery, we appreciate it can be tricky to know where to start. This is why we are more than happy to share our experience in the speciality coffee industry, gained over the last decade. Whether that's a shop using 3kgs a week or a venue using 100kgs a week, we offer a variety of packages to suit your budget & business needs.
Two group Conti espresso machine and Compak dose by weight grinder set ups starting from £4,500 (ex. VAT), with LA Marzocco and Compak dose-by-weight grinder packages starting from £9,000 (ex. VAT)
We offer full assistance with all coffee equipment and brew methods as well as practical bar design and set up, to ensure you achieve an efficient coffee workflow.

CHOCOLATE & TEA
When sourcing chocolate and tea suppliers we made sure to work with like-minded people. Introducing Kokoa Chocolate and Debonair Tea Company.
Kokoa curates' tasty chocolate from all over the world for a variety of tastes to choose from. Specialising in single-origin hot chocolate, resulting in diverse, delicious flavours with a unique connection to each area.
Debonair Tea Company are accredited tea experts, also based in Kent. Debonair long believed it was possible to make high-quality tea more accessible - at an honest price point.
TRAINING
Included as part of being part of the Lost Sheep Family, we offer our barista training, completely free!
This 3-hour, speciality barista coffee course, includes a tour of our roastery, delicious coffee & in-depth training for you and your chosen coffee champions! This is on-going support for our wholesale customers, because we want you to represent the Lost Sheep Coffee brand in the best way possible. So we are always there to support you with all your coffee needs.
This training would normally be £150 per person, we include this training for no extra cost as we want you to get the most out of your Lost Sheep Coffee.
